During the RESTART Program, the questions I get asked most often is, “What do you eat for breakfast?” and “What can I snack on?” For people who have never cut sugar out of their diet it can be HARD to come up with tasty meals that have no sugar. You start to realize that sugar is in EVERYTHING. Here are some low to no sugar breakfast ideas.
