The RESTART Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar + processed foods. 5 weeks of nutritional education with a 3-week sugar detox built right in, this program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD (not shakes or supplements) to boost your energy, cut sugar and carb cravings and improve sleep.
You will receive education on HOW the body processes certain foods and how to incorporate healthy food choices in everyday life in a balanced, enjoyable, sustainable way.
You will embark on this real food journey with a small group of like-minded committed individuals under the semi-personal guidance and coaching of a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy + Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner.
By the end of this program, you will create a just-for-you, sustainable, nutrient dense diet you love that will help you feel your best. No fad diets!

PREPARATION
Learn how to prepare your mind, body and environment for your REAL FOOD sugar detox. Set your intentions. Get ready mentally + physically and create a powerful WHY to keep you on track when times are tough. Get food lists, meal plans + grocery lists and begin to prep your pantry.

DIGESTION
Healthy digestion + absorption are foundational to optimal health. Discover how proper digestion should work, how dysfunction can cause symptoms like gas, pain, bloating, food sensitivity + fatigue and how to assess and correct your digestive function to ensure your system works smoothly.

BLOOD SUGAR
Learn what sugar really does in your body. Learn how your body responds to sugar and the negative impacts excess sugar has on your health. Weight gain, hormonal imbalance, fatigue and cravings can all be related to poor sugar handling. Start the process of getting off that sugar rollercoaster.

This is a real food cleanse, with a healthy dose of grace. No fad diets, no pills to take, no powders. You will be equipped with valuable tools you can refer back to in order to learn how your bio-individual body interacts with food.
These tools will guide you and keep you on track. We remove foods that trigger cravings, cause an inflammatory response, disrupt sleep, mood and immune function, and lead to gas + bloating. We add in foods that support healthy bodily function and provide a variety of nutrients needed for great health.
The goal is to see how food alone can lay a solid foundation for lasting health. There is no condemnation, the RESTART philosophy removes guilt around eating and discourages fanaticism potentially leading to eating disorders.

When is the next class?
Classes are offered on a quarterly basis, long distance or in person. To maximize the interactive experience, spaces are limited to 12-15 persons per class. Classes are $229 per person for 5 weeks of 1.5-2 hour educational/support sessions + personalized guidance from a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Next live online classes begin February 2024.
